Meet Our Team
Lori Reich started Reich & Associates in 2004. After spending 15 years in the retail industry and during her 10 years running a family daycare, Lori returned to school and completed her degree in Accounting at the University of Phoenix. Lori uses her experience as a senior executive with Macy’s and Emporium and her knowledge as a small business owner for the past 18 years to help other small business owners better understand the financial aspects of their business. Her hands-on business experience is invaluable when working with small business owners.
Jennifer Longstaff joined Reich & Associates in 2006. Jennifer has over 20 years experience in the banking industry with an emphasis on commercial business services. She is our resident expert on all things banking. Jennifer specializing in working with our non-profit clients on all accounting aspects working closely with their tax accountant to ensure an accurate and complete 990. Jennifer also has many years of experience working with wineries and the construction industry.
Teresa Coleman joined Reich & Associates in 2008. Teresa comes to us with 20 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper and office manager. Teresa works with many different small business owners helping them to manage every aspect of their business from bookkeeping, to insurance needs, to employee issues and much more. She also is the office manager for Reich & Associates and manages the day to day operations of our office.
Crystal Haro joined Reich & Associates in 2010. Crystal’s organizational skills and positive attitude keeps the entire Reich & Associates team moving forward without missing a beat. Crystal is bilingual in Spanish and English. Crystal is currently attending Napa Valley College with an emphasis on accounting and bookkeeping.
Sara Avila joined Reich & Associates in 2011. Sara has 20 years of experience as a full service bookkeeper for a diverse range of industries including public relations, service-based companies, non-profits, start-ups and wineries. Sara also has over 5 years of experience in graphic and web design services.
Mary Olesen joined Reich & Associates in 2012. Mary comes to us with 27 years of business experience in the hotel industry. Her background in hospitality serves her clients well. Mary is a fourth-generation Napan and enjoys working with the many businesses in the Valley.
Kristi Macliesh joined Reich and Associates in 2012. Kristi graduated with a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University. She has acquired a wide variety of skills with jobs such as, behavior interventionist, camp counselor, office assistant, receptionist, and sales associate. As an administrative assistant at Reich & Associates, Kristi ensures a organized and reliable work place.
Jamiee del Mas joined Reich & Associates in 2013. Jaimee comes to us with 6 years of experience in the banking and wine industries. Her experience in these areas has prepared her to handle the unique needs of the wine businesses in the Napa Valley. Jamiee grew up in Napa and enjoys using her skills to benefit our local industry.
