President and Founder started Reich & Associates in 2004. Lori uses her knowledge and personal experience as a business owner to help others better understands the financial aspects of their own businesses. Lori focuses her time on each client to ensure their needs are exceeded by her and her team. Her hands-on experience is invaluable in guiding each client to success. Lori holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
Senior Account Manager joined Reich & Associates in 2008. Teresa’s expansive experience as a full charge bookkeeper and office manager makes her invaluable to small business owners. She assists with managing every aspect of their business from bookkeeping and budgeting, to insurance needs and employee issues and much more. She also is the office manager for Reich & Associates and manages our day to day operations.
Senior Account Manager joined Reich & Associates in 2014. Kris manages all financial aspects of her clients’ businesses. Her skills include wine inventory costing, financial planning and reporting, and financial process design and execution. Kris held various management roles at Hewlett Packard in Corporate Finance, Division Finance, and Marketing. Kris holds an MBA from The Graduate School of Management at UC Davis.
Account Manager joined Reich & Associates in 2014. Amy has over five years of experience in banking and is a Napa Native. Amy’s excellent customer service skills come through with every customer she assists. She is eager to learn and apply her knowledge in an effective and professional manner as she communicates with her clients to help manage their finances.
Account Manager recently joined Reich & Associates. Judy has an extensive background in commercial insurance (Commercial Account Executive and accounting), commercial property management/ownership and construction accounting. She is a transplant from Southern California and is excited to work in the local wine industry. Judy holds an AA Degree in Economics.
Account Manager joined Reich & Associates in 2010 as an administrative assistant and was promoted to an account manager in 2012. Crystal works closely with vineyard management companies ensuring every aspect of their daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Crystal also works with wineries and construction companies and is our special projects person. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Account Manger joined Reich & Associates in 2016. Adi’s attention to detail and organization makes her a great fit for this newly created position. She is excited to expand her knowledge and apply her skills to better assist the account managers and clients. Adi grew up in the Napa Valley and holds a B.A. in Human Development from Sonoma State University. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Account Manager joined Reich & Associates in 2012. Mary has over twenty years experience in bookkeeping in the hotel industry. As a fourth-generation Napan Mary uses her knowledge of local businesses and the Napa Valley to help serve her clients’ needs with an organized and professional approach.
Account Manager joined Reich & Associates in 2014. Terri worked in the construction industry for nineteen years as a bookkeeper and sales representative. She enjoys working with her clients to help them meet their financial needs. When she is not at work she spends time with her family, assisting her son and husband with the local Cub Scouts and enjoys cooking and entertaining for family and friends.
Account Manager joined Reich & Associates in 2016. Ashlee’s eagerness to learn and her attention to detail makes her a great addition to the team. She is excited to expand her knowledge and assist clients with their financial needs. Ashlee grew up in Napa and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Economics.
Account Analyst joined Reich and Associates in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Valerie was recently promoted to Account Analyst and is excited to continue to assist our clients’ in her new capacity. Valerie’s many years of customer service roles as well as knowledge of our office will help her to shine in her new position.
Administrative Assistant joined Reich and Associates in 2017. You will hear her cheerful voice anytime you call. Sabrina has 15 years experience in customer service and 3 years bookkeeping experience. Sabrina will assist our staff and clients with their daily needs and keep the office running smoothly.
