Lori Reich

President and Founder.

Lori started Reich & Associates in 2004. With now almost 20 years in business, she uses her knowledge and personal experience as a business owner to help others better understands the financial aspects of their own businesses. Lori ensures all her clients needs are exceeded by her and her team and her hands-on approach is invaluable in guiding clients to success. Lori holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

Crystal Gonzalez
Crystal Gonzalez

Crystal joined the Reich team in 2010 and has held every position in the company, joining the senior team in 2020. Crystal is our jack of all trades and our go to person for questions related to QuickBooks, human resources, and payroll. Crystal and her team manage an array of clients including vineyard management companies and wineries. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.

JJ McCarthy
JJ McCarthy

JJ joined the Reich team in 2021 and brings with him 30 years of financial expertise as well as 15 years of winery management and operational experience. He left the New York tax accounting world to follow his interest in wine to Napa. He has lived and raised his family here for the past 23 years. He holds an MBA in Statistics and Finance from NYU.

Glenda Hamilton

Glenda joined the Reich team in 2022 after over twenty years in healthcare operations. With her vast experience in organizational performance, Glenda brings detail and efficiency to all areas of our team. Glenda and her team manage our family accounts along with a variety of other businesses. She holds an MBA in Executive Leadership and Strategy from CSU Monterey Bay.

Jessica Rose
Jessica Rose

The newest member of the leadership team, Jessica joined Reich in 2023. With over 10 years of winery experience, her depth of knowledge in all areas of the wine industry complements our growing wine team. She holds a BA from UC Santa Cruz, a Wine Industry Finance & Accounting Certificate from SSU, and is active professionally in the Women for WineSense, Finance & Accounting Roundtable.

Mary Olesen
Mary Olesen

Mary joined the Reich team in 2012 and brings with her over twenty years of experience bookkeeping in the hotel industry. As a business owner herself, and fourth-generation Napan, Mary uses her experience and knowledge of local businesses and the Napa Valley to help serve her clients’ needs with an organized and professional approach.
